In the IT industry since 1997, Simon has accumulated over 20+ years of experience as a Consultant, Engineer and Business Owner with top-tier IT managed service providers in Vancouver, Canada, and Sydney, Australia. His focus has been on the SMB market, where he has a particular desire to build lasting relationships with partner businesses. With many years of experience as a Senior Consultant, he has provided team leadership, end-to-end project management, and implementation, as well as mentoring for future IT engineers. His love for technology, gadgets and being hands-on drives his interests and fuels his passion within the industry.
Ken Jeffreys – Chief Technology Officer
Ken is an experienced IT professional with a passion, natural ability and interest in cyber security and IT service management gained from 20+ years’ within a recognised Managed Services Provider. Having held a number of senior roles including Chief Technology Officer and Head of Security, Ken has the ability to adapt and respond quickly to change applying knowledge effectively to a wide range of business, technical and security challenges. His focus is on managing and developing teams to deliver on Fuse’s defined targets, goals and strategic objectives.
Chuong Mai-Viet – Managing Director
Chuong is a highly motivated, enthusiastic results orientated senior executive who prior to founding Fuse Technology in Australia, had been a Chief Operating Officer of a national Managed Services Provider and also the Head of Managed Services for a large systems integrator. Chuong is well presented and uses his strong interpersonal skills to adeptly manage key stakeholders and deal with people at all levels of an organisation. Chuong has a strong passion for ensuring end users have the best possible experience and ensuring the technology enables the business.
Gavin Camilleri – Non-Executive Director
Gavin’s career focus has been to use his leadership skills, commercial acumen and technical expertise to enhance the competitive advantage of technology services businesses. With 7+ years in Managing Director roles across two mid-sized UK-based MSPs, and Technical and Programme Director roles before that, Gavin specialises in driving service delivery excellence, and accelerating organisational growth.
Phil Aldridge – Director For WA
Phil is a seasoned owner/manager of IT Managed Services Providers with over 20 years experience running a successful firm in Hong Kong and Singapore. Having relocated to Australia, Phil is now the Director of WA for Fuse Technology. Phil’s primary focus is on heading up the sales and client engagement functions for Fuse’s clients in Perth and on developing the company’s presence in WA.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, Trang has built her career at the intersection of creativity and business. Trang played a key role in shaping agency growth across Finance, HR, and Operations—bringing structure to vision and turning ideas into scalable success. After holding senior leadership roles in global agencies, Trang has joined forces with FUSE to help lead its next phase of growth.
