Cyber insurance alone cannot fully protect your business. While it plays an important role in mitigating financial losses from cyber incidents, it’s not a substitute for a strong cybersecurity posture. Insurers are becoming increasingly rigorous in assessing whether a business has the right preventative measures in place before offering coverage. Without the right security protocols, you may find yourself underinsured, paying higher premiums, or even ineligible for coverage when a cyber incident occurs.

The landscape of cyber threats is constantly evolving, and so are the requirements for being adequately insured. A comprehensive approach to cybersecurity requires not only the right insurance but also the implementation of robust security practices that meet industry standards. From multi-factor authentication to employee training and regular vulnerability assessments, businesses must demonstrate that they take cyber risks seriously.

So, how do you know what you need to do to ensure your business is protected, both from cyber threats and from potential financial fallout? And how do insurers evaluate your cyber readiness?

Join us for an exclusive fireside chat where we’ll discuss these critical issues. We will explore the key factors insurers look at when underwriting cyber insurance policies, what businesses need to have in place to qualify for coverage, and how you can proactively manage your cybersecurity to reduce risks and lower premiums.
