In 2014, with financial backing and brand support from Bluesource Limited, a UK based messaging & archiving specialist, I embarked on the exciting but challenging journey of creating a new IT solutions business for the Australian market.
After more than 20 years building a career in Cloud and IT Managed Services, leading some of the key players in the local region, I had a clear picture of how brilliant innovation and service looked. Crucially, despite being semi-saturated with IT providers, Australian businesses still weren’t well-serviced. And so began my Bluesource Australia journey…
By 2017, 3 years after launch, with Bluesource Australia firmly established and growing, the stars aligned as our investors sought an early exit enabling myself and my business partners to secure control through a management buyout. From there, Bluesource Australia went from strength to strength, growing by more than 150% since acquisition. Importantly, along with revenue growth our capability, service quality, and portfolio continued to mature increasingly diverging from our British heritage.
Whilst it was always our intention to re-brand, more recently it became clear that it was finally time to differentiate the business with an independent name, brand, and service offering that truly reflects our unique and evolving identity.

So, on 22nd September we officially renamed to Fuse Technology Pty Ltd.

If you’re reading this announcement then you’re no doubt viewing it on our new website and are now familiar with our new logo and brand. Welcome, we hope you like our new look. We feel the brand represents an inspiring vision for the business and we’ve spent some time reinvigorating our service portfolio to focus specifically on the challenges faced by organisations like yours, in 2020 and beyond.
Whilst the many cosmetic elements of our business have changed, what hasn’t is our corporate legal identity (i.e. our ABN) or our unwavering commitment to customer service excellence.
