On 30 October, the Fuse team, led by Shabd Rindani, our Service Delivery Manager, hosted a Women in Leadership event.
The event brought together 50 driven, thoughtful women from across industries to connect, learn, and openly discuss what leadership looks like today, including the challenges, trade-offs, and opportunities that come with it.
The afternoon created space for honest conversation and shared experience. Attendees heard personal stories, practical insights, and candid reflections on leadership journeys that were anything but linear.
The discussions were thoughtful and engaging, encouraging connection across different career stages and backgrounds, all in an environment that felt open, supportive, and purposeful.
We were proud to host a panel of outstanding speakers:
Hope McGarry from Ingram Micro, Ashima Seth from ESV, Rafqa Touma from The Guardian, and Licia Heath from Women for Election.
Each speaker brought a unique perspective, sharing their experiences with authenticity and clarity. Their insights sparked meaningful discussion, challenged assumptions, and left a strong impression on everyone in the room.
Beyond the conversations, the event was also an opportunity to build relationships and share ideas, and build a genuine sense of community. It reinforced the value of creating forums where women can learn from one another and feel encouraged to lead in their own way.
At Fuse, we also enjoy working closely with our customers and partners to deliver events that are hands-on, relevant, and engaging. If you’re interested in hosting a joint event with Fuse, we’d welcome the conversation.
We can support education for your team, clients, and partners around building a strong cybersecurity posture, as well as exploring the real-world opportunities that AI adoption can unlock across your industry.
